About architechs®

architechs® is a Strategy, Data & AI consulting firm with 15+ years delivering 150+ programmes for enterprise clients. Offices in Sydney (HQ), Melbourne, San Jose, Berlin, and Lahore. We are building a dedicated Anthropic practice to design and deliver production-grade agentic systems, MCP integrations, and Claude-powered applications for our clients across Australia and global markets.

Pre-requisite®

Onboard our GTN and CCA Foundations program. This is a private program limited only to Claude Partner Network members, seats are limited, so be mindful of the time commitments and effort. Onboarding is light touch and contractor based. You will sign a GTN Advisory Agreement with architechs®, an NDA covering client and programme intellectual property, and our CPN Programme Terms (set out below). You retain your independent status throughout; there is no employment relationship.

architechs® Global Technology Network (GTN)®

GTN is our independent-advisory network of vetted senior consultants, architects, technologists who engage with architechs® on short-term advisory and long-term delivery assignments for our enterprise clients. GTN members retain full autonomy, work flexibly (fractional, remote, or on-site), and are matched to engagements that fit their skills, availability, and interests. The CPN Programme is our route to building a dedicated Claude advisory cohort within GTN. See https://architechs.com.au/contracts for more on GTN.

Milestone 1: Claude training (Weeks 1 to 4)

Complete the Claude Partner Network Learning Path. Weekly progress tracking, pairing for support throughout.

Phase 1 of the programme is the Claude Partner Network Learning Path on Anthropic Academy. You will complete all four courses in the following sequence, building from foundation to application:

  1. Building with the Claude API. The foundation: API fundamentals, prompting, structured output, and reliability patterns.
  2. Introduction to Model Context Protocol (MCP). How Claude connects to real enterprise systems through MCP servers, tools, and resources.
  3. Introduction to Agent Skills. Agentic patterns using the Claude Agent SDK: subagent delegation, lifecycle hooks, and multi-agent orchestration.
  4. Claude Code in Action. Applying Claude Code in real developer workflows, from CLAUDE.md configuration to CI/CD integration.

You will have 10 to 20 hours per week of ring-fenced study time, weekly progress check-ins, and pairing with our architechs® architects for support. Successful completion of all four courses is the gate that unlocks Phase 2, the Claude Certified Architect, Foundations certification.

Milestone 2: Claude Certified Architect, Foundations (Weeks 8 to 16).

On completion of Milestone 1, Anthropic opens exam access. You will prepare and sit the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations exam with the support of our senior architects. Stipend continues through preparation and the exam period.

Phase 2 of the programme is the Claude Certified Architect, Foundations (CCAF) certification. Preparation is organised around the five exam domains that define production Claude architecture:

  1. Agentic architecture and orchestration (27%). Designing agentic systems with the Claude Agent SDK, subagent delegation, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
  2. Tool design and MCP integration (18%). Building MCP servers and client interfaces, designing tools and resources, and handling structured errors.
  3. Claude Code configuration and workflows (20%). Configuring Claude Code for team workflows with CLAUDE.md, custom skills, slash commands, and CI/CD integration.
  4. Prompt engineering and structured output (20%). Engineering reliable prompts, JSON schema validation, few-shot patterns, and structured extraction.
  5. Context management and reliability (15%). Managing context windows across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and subagent handoffs.

The exam is scenario-based, drawing from six realistic production contexts including customer support agents, multi-agent research, code generation, developer productivity, CI/CD reviews, and structured data extraction.

It is proctored, scored on a 100 to 1000 scale, with a passing mark of 720. You will prepare through targeted scenario practice and hands-on builds across the Claude Agent SDK, MCP, and Claude Code, paired with our senior architects throughout. Passing the exam completes the programme and triggers your advisory status under our Global Technology Network (GTN) program.

GTN members who clear both milestones positioned as prime resources for Claude engagements with architechs®, based on fit and role needs. They will also be eligible for subsequent Claude trainings to be rolled out under the CPN program.

Your Advisory Role under GTN

You will be placed under GTN and join our Anthropic practice, working alongside enterprise and solution architects in Australia to design, build, and ship agentic AI solutions on Anthropic's Claude platform. Depending on your experience and strengths, you can select or be assigned one of four specialist tracks: Agent Engineering, MCP & Integration, Prompts & Evaluation, or Claude Code & Automation.

Eligibility to Join the Programme

The Programme is designed for established senior practitioners joining architechs® GTN. The following are required to be considered:

  • Senior practitioner status with a demonstrable track record of building production AI, data, or software systems for enterprise clients
  • Strong Python or TypeScript proficiency
  • Working familiarity with LLMs or AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
  • Eligible to contract independently (ABN, limited company, or equivalent in your jurisdiction)
  • Able to ring-fence 10 to 20 hours per week for 16 weeks across Phase 1 and Phase 2
  • Willing to sign the GTN Membership Agreement, NDA, and CPN Programme Terms

What You Will Do

  • Make yourself available for architechs®-sourced Claude engagements across Agent Engineering, MCP and Integration, Prompts and Evaluation, and Claude Code and Automation tracks
  • Collaborate with architechs® onshore architects on pre-sales consulting, solution design, and delivery; contribute to architecture reviews, code reviews, and quality gates, where engaged
  • Contribute to reusable practice assets (agent templates, MCP connectors, prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks) that accelerate future engagements and strengthen the Claude advisory cohort
  • Maintain your CPN credential and participate in follow-on Claude trainings rolled out by architechs® and Anthropic under the CPN Programme

Commitment and Programme Terms

This is a material investment by architechs® in your training and certification. In return, we ask for a reciprocal commitment. On entry to the Programme, you will sign:

  • A GTN Membership Agreement with architechs®, covering your contracting terms and ongoing relationship with our Global Technology Network
  • An NDA covering client, programme, and architechs® intellectual property
  • The CPN Programme Terms, which set out:
    • A right of first refusal for architechs® on Claude-related engagements you undertake during a 24-month availability window from certification
    • Standard confidentiality, IP, and non-solicitation terms consistent with architechs® contracting policy

These terms recognise that GTN members are senior industry practitioners. We are not training juniors; we are investing in an established advisory cohort for our Claude practice. Candidates should be comfortable with a first-refusal arrangement of this nature.
