Role Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to lead business development and sales across financial services and other key industry verticals. This role focuses on selling high-value advisory, consulting, and agentic AI solutions including Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, and Resource Augmentation. You will build and manage relationships with senior decision makers, position our capabilities with clarity and confidence, and drive new business opportunities that align with client needs and strategic priorities.

Your efforts will directly help clients adopt secure, responsible, and outcome-driven agentic AI solutions. By connecting organisations with the right mix of advisory expertise, architecture leadership, and engineering capability, you will accelerate transformation programs and support the successful adoption of modern Data & AI platforms across the FSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for AI agentic solutions, advisory services, and consulting engagements
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with senior stakeholders across FSI and key industry verticals
  • Develop and manage a qualified pipeline with clear forecasting, prioritisation, and revenue accountability
  • Sell consulting offerings across Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, and Resource Augmentation
  • Identify client challenges and position value propositions aligned to their strategic needs and transformation goals
  • Lead client discovery sessions, capability presentations, solution positioning, and proposal development
  • Collaborate with consulting, architecture, and engineering teams to shape high-quality statements of work
  • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, regulatory drivers (APRA/CPS in FSI), and market shifts in AI and digital transformation
  • Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and executive briefings
  • Drive account growth with existing customers through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and feedback loops
  • Contribute to building reusable sales assets, case studies, and sector-specific positioning materials

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience selling advisory and consulting services within FSI or other major industry verticals
  • Strong relationships with senior leaders, decision-makers, and buyers across banking, insurance, or superannuation
  • Experience selling solutions in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, and Digital Transformation
  • Understanding of agentic AI, RAG systems, platform modernisation, cloud adoption, and enterprise data platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to structure complex engagements
  • Ability to run long and short sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and governance checkpoints
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex offerings
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to shape value-driven client proposals
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting-led sales roles
  • Prior experience in FSI sales and adjacent verticals
  • Experience selling AI products or consulting and engineering services is a definite plus
  • Established network and proven access to senior executives in FSI is essential
  • Background in consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services is desirable
